Job Overview
We are hiring Data Engineers with 2 to 7 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines and data processing solutions.
The role is suitable for professionals who have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, databases, data pipelines, and cloud or big-data platforms. You will work closely with data analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and business teams to make data available for reporting, analytics, and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows from multiple data sources.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop data processing solutions using Python or similar programming languages.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases based on project requirements.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and error handling.
- Monitor scheduled pipelines and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Optimize queries, workflows, and data processing jobs for better performance.
- Work with development and analytics teams to understand data requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and processes.
- Follow coding standards, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
Required Technical Skills

Candidates do not need to know every technology listed above. Hands-on experience with relevant tools used in a previous project is more important.

- SSIS
- Databricks
will be useful depending on the position.
Experience Requirements
2–4 Years
Candidates should have experience developing and supporting data pipelines, writing SQL queries, working with databases, and handling data transformation or integration tasks.
4–7 Years
Candidates may be expected to independently design data workflows, troubleshoot production issues, optimize pipelines, work with cloud or big-data technologies, and contribute to technical decisions.
Experience working with large datasets and production data platforms will be an advantage.
