Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers with 3 to 8 years of professional software development experience.
The role is suitable for developers who have hands-on experience building web applications across both the frontend and backend. Candidates should have strong experience with React.js or a related React-based framework and backend development using Java, Python, or .NET.
You will work on application development, API integration, database operations, debugging, performance improvements, and the delivery of production-ready software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, or similar React-based technologies.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Java, Python, or .NET/C#.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases depending on project requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product teams, and other developers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
- Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Maintain source code using Git and follow standard branching and code-review practices.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend
Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- React.js
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- JavaScript / ES6+
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Responsive Web Development
- Redux / Redux Toolkit or similar state-management libraries
- React Hooks
- REST API integration
Experience with Angular, Vue.js, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar frontend technologies is an advantage.
Backend
Candidates should have strong professional experience with at least one of the following backend technologies:

Candidates should understand SQL queries, database design concepts, joins, indexing, and basic query optimization.
API & Development Practices
- RESTful API development and integration
- JSON and HTTP fundamentals

- Unit and integration testing
- Debugging and performance troubleshooting
- Agile/Scrum development methodology
Cloud & DevOps Exposure

Cloud and DevOps experience is useful but may vary depending on the project.
Experience Required
- 3 to 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
- Good experience with React.js or a related modern frontend framework.
- Strong backend experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of databases and application architecture.
- Ability to independently analyze technical issues and implement solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Software Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- or a related technical discipline.
Relevant professional experience and strong technical skills may also be considered.
