Roles & Responsibilities
✔ Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications.
✔ Build highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud environments using AWS best practices.
✔ Deploy and manage cloud resources including EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS, CloudFront, Route 53, and DynamoDB.
✔ Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
✔ Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
✔ Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
✔ Configure Auto Scaling Groups, Elastic Load Balancers, and multi-region architectures for high availability.
✔ Monitor cloud infrastructure using Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging platforms.
✔ Implement cloud security controls including IAM, KMS, AWS WAF, Security Groups, GuardDuty, Secrets Manager, and encryption.
✔ Configure networking components such as VPC, VPN, NAT Gateway, Transit Gateway, Route Tables, and Direct Connect.
✔ Perform cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure optimization projects.
✔ Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and deployment issues while ensuring maximum uptime.
✔ Optimize AWS environments for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
✔ Automate routine administrative tasks using Python, Bash, Shell Script, or PowerShell.
✔ Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for production systems.
✔ Maintain source-controlled infrastructure using Git and DevOps best practices.
✔ Perform security reviews, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and compliance assessments.
✔ Collaborate closely with development, QA, architecture, and security teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
✔ Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
✔ Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cloud engineering best practices.
✔ Stay updated with emerging AWS services, cloud-native technologies, automation tools, and security standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform and cloud computing fundamentals.
- Experience with Linux system administration and cloud networking concepts.
- Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, encryption, and access management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within Agile development teams.
